About Bentleys

Our heritage is rooted in traditional butchery, passed down through generations. All of our steaks are hung and matured on-site—never pre-cut or vacuum-packed from wholesalers. Each steak is hand-cut and weighed daily to ensure it matches the exact weight listed on our menu. It’s this attention to detail that sets us apart.

We bring the same level of care to everything we serve. Our burgers are made entirely in-house—we mince our own meat, weigh each patty to specification, and serve them in buns baked fresh by an award-winning artisan bakery right here in Bexhill.

As we’ve grown, so has our reach. We are proud to be the official caterers for Europe’s largest scream park, Tulleys Shocktober Fest, and in 2020, we opened our sister restaurant, Bentleys Smokehouse.

In celebration of our 10th anniversary in October 2023, Bentleys underwent a complete refurbishment—introducing a fresh new look and exciting new dishes, while keeping the signature favourites that our guests know and love.

We believe in transparency and quality above all else. Guests are always welcome to visit our kitchen, see the meats we use, and even handpick their steak.
